submission policy changes

Our Submission Policy Has Changed Thank you to everyone who has sent music to Musical Artizan over the years. We truly appreciate the trust. Due to volume — over 2,000 submissions this month alone — we can no longer process every email. Our primary inbox, promotions, and updates combined now exceed 3,000 unread messages. To maintain quality and our sanity, we are moving to a curated roster system. Effective immediately: We will only publish music submitted by our approved list of promoters and a small group of chosen independent artists. Our dedicated submission email is now whitelist-only. Emails from outside our roster will receive an automatic reply and will be archived unread. We are closed to new promoters and independent artists at this time. If you are an independent artist: Thank you for sharing your work. We know how much each release means. At this volume, we can only feature independent artists we have already built a relationship with. Please work with one of our approved promoters if you would like to be considered in future. We wish you every success with your release. If you are a promoter on our roster: You will continue to receive a personal reply with our full signature within 48 hours. Please continue to use the dedicated submission address. This decision allows us to give proper time and promotion to the artists we do feature, rather than rushing through thousands of emails. Thank you for understanding. David (Musical Artizan)
