symphonic works
Have you ever tried taking a set of midi files created on one system and applying different instruments to them?
Well, my playlist symphonic works does exactly that!
Every song on the list makes use of the same midi files with no changes in arrangement or order.

Its all in the mix
It's always challenging to orchestrate songs when you have no idea what sounds are available in a library.
Sibelius makes it easy. Using their templates ie woodwind trio or classical orchestra choosing which sounds to include is done for you.
I created this playlist by using three systems the standard Sibelius system, and Zynewave's Podium with a rather old legacy version of Alchemy. I got it from a computer music magazine. and Avid's Protools and xpand.
For some of the tracks in this playlist, I exported the Sibelius NotePerformer audio files to disk and the midi files of each instrument and then imported them into either Podium or Protools.
The three mixes are guaranteed to sound different due their nature.
